We don't mean that you blindly follow the trends, without any concern or care for what actually looks good and what just makes you look ridiculous. By "fashion victim," we mean putting your bodies into so much strain and painall for the love of fashion.

Think back to all those vertigo-inducing heels and huge statement bags you own. Beautiful, right? But comfortable? Hardly. Countless women put their bodies at risk every time they stand tall in high heels or weigh down their shoulders with heavy bags. Not exactly the pretty picture you imagined.

The good news is most problems can be treated without surgery, and simple measures can be applied to ease the pain created by these potential fashion hazards. Read on for ways to keep your body in check, while still being able to enjoy fashion's frivolities.
