1. Use fresh sheets.
Diving in a bed with freshly-laundered sheets doesn't just feel great; it's good for your skin, too! Dirty sheets gather dust and body oils that can cause blemishes on the face and body acne. So, yes. Do yourself a big favor and regularly change your beddings. You can level it up by choosing hair-friendly satin sheets that won't snag your tresses.

2. Wear nice sleepwear.

Of course, dressing the part will boost that pretty feeling. Your night clothes don't need to be slinky. If you prefer to wear you favorite My Little Pony jammies, no one's going to judge you. But please, retire your old college shirts. You've been working for how many years now? You can afford to buy nicer things for yourself.

3. Treat your hair and style while you sleep.

Bedhead is ideally sexy hair, but in real life, slept-in hair just looks like a harassed bird's nest. Combat this by massaging serum on the ends and tying your hair into two pigtail braids or a top knot. Sleep and prepare to unravel real, sexy, bedhead hair the following morning.

4. Pay attention to your eyes.
Please never neglect to apply eye cream because the skin in the eye area is thinner and ages faster. While it may seem extravagant to apply growth serum on lashes and brows, seeing the lush end results will totally be worth it—you can be less dependent on mascaras and eyebrow pencils.

5. Add a sleeping mask to your nightly skin care regimen.
Korean women are cray for sleeping masks, and you should be, too. Sleeping masks are like skin care on steroids: They grant your skin hydration and act as a barrier against outside elements; they also serve to amplify your skin care products' power. The result? A well-rested and radiant complexion.

6. Your lips need TLC, too.
For pillowy, soft lips, slough away chapped skin with a damp toothbrush and apply lip balm or a lip serum.

7. Spray on perfume.
Okay, we know that there won't be anyone to smell you, but a spritz of a pleasant scent can help you relax, feel good, and think happy thoughts. You'll fall asleep with a smile on your face, and maybe, you'll dream about something lovely, too!
