The Best Way to Say "Thank You, Mom" Is a Heartfelt Message

Learn how thousands of people found the right words to thank their moms, and be touched by a selection of six moving messages.

Most moms will tell you that there is no job that’s as tough as motherhood—after all, no other occupation has your heart ripped out or lifted up based solely on the achievements and trials of someone else. But moms will also tell you that neither is there a job as rewarding as raising a child to become the best person he or she can be, no matter what sacrifices and trials they may have to go through to achieve this.

Are you a mom yourself? If so, perhaps you have learned first-hand of how challenging and wonderful it is to be a mom. Even if you haven’t, though, you’re still immensely grateful to the woman who raised you to be the person you are today. And it often feels as though the words “thank you, Mom” aren’t enough to encapsulate that level of thankfulness.

But the wonderful thing about moms is that “thank you, Mom” is so often more than enough to make them feel like the most special women in the world. And that’s where P&G’s Thank You, Mom promo comes in. P&G has helped thousands of people thank their moms for their unconditional love and sacrifices as well as given two of them a trip to London to watch the London 2012 Olympic Games with their moms.

Now, out of the over 20,000 entries submitted, six entries were selected for voting—three for Facebook (entries with photos) and three for mobile (entries without photos). Two winners were announced on June 15: Issa Alparce Penales for Facebook and Anna Katrina Salomon for Mobile. Go to the Thank You, Mom Facebook page to learn more about them, plus you can still use the Facebook Application to thank your own mom for everything she's done for you over the years.
