Harold Espeleta as “the negative physical or psychological response that a person has when the demands of work do not match his capabilities, resources, or needs.”
When a mother arrives home all burned out from problems at work, she will may be too physically and mentally drained to do anything. She may also become snappish and irritable or have a low sex drive. If her children do get to talk to their mother, they may not be able to engage in quality conversation.
