Kids with Juvenile Arthritis Continue to Fight for a Cure

Young kids can have arthritis too; learn about one boy battling to overcome this condition and what he's doing to help others.

Juvenile Arthritis is a disease that affects children of 16 years old and younger. Similar to what is experienced by adults, kids with this illness suffer from pain because of the swelling of the joints. Andy “Roo” Moy, a 13-year-old boy whose story has inspired thousands, is fighting to find a cure. Roo’s Crew spearheads walks and other fund raising events to disseminate information about the disease and to subsidize research programs that seek to find a cure.
