How does a parent measure family expectations versus a child’s natural aptitude? In this day and age, it isn't safe to assume that your kids will follow in your or your partner's footsteps when the time comes to choose a career. It also isn't uncommon for your children to change their minds about their ambitions several times while growing up. So how do you help them figure out whether or not their chosen career paths are really something they would be both passionate about and good at?
