It's that time of year to look back on the past and reflect on the changes we want or need. As we welcome a new year, FN suggests 12 resolutions for parents. By Carol Bustos-Santiago

New Year’s resolutions present an opportunity for us to make fresh starts and open ourselves up to new things—and that applies as to moms as much as anyone. However, it’s all too easy to make resolutions that are unrealistic or ones we just lose focus on. Sometimes life just gets in the way, and this is something that becomes even more likely when you have a child (or two or three) to contend with.

Being a mom is already overwhelming as it is. So, to help all you moms out there, FN has come up with 12 New Year's resolution ideas especially tailored for you.
