The local art scene is teeming with new young talents who are ready to step into the limelight. More than 20 such young blood are featured in the ongoing "State of Art," an exhibit organized by the Bonafide Art Galleries Organization (BAGO) at the Art Center in SM Megamall A, which runs until Sept. 28.
