Homemade barbecue or fresh from the restaurant?

In the United States, people bring out the barbecue grill mostly during the summer months and the summer holidays (Memorial Day and the Fourth of July) to take advantage of the warm weather. Thankfully, we don't have to wait for summers to set in since the Philippines is a tropical country and Filipinos love grilled food--sisig, inihaw na liempo, inihaw na pusit, pinaputok na tilapia, and more! That must be one of the reasons why there are a lot of restaurants such as Gerry's Grill that offer a lot of grilled food for meals and pulutan.

Would you go on a trip to Baguio alone?

Last Maundy Thursday, one of my close friends braved the Holy Week crowd and went up to Baguio City all by herself for kicks--and partly to see if she could do it. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but if you're not used to traveling alone or if it's your first time to go to a crowded place like Baguio, it sounds like quite a feat.
