File this one under treats

Jul 30, 2008 by FN Blogger Kissa Castañeda

While the worst of the hot and sticky weather is over in the Philippines, the heat and humidity here in Tokyo is just beginning to rise. And what's our perfect antidote? Of course, it's to consume something ice cold.

I'm currently obsessed with eating cold peaches with a dollop of vanilla ice cream. However, if I don’t get the chance to go to the supermarket, a cup of Häagen-Dazs in White Peach flavor does the job.

In the Philippines, there's a plethora of ice cold treats to choose from--iced candy, fruit shakes, sorbetes etc. My personal favorites are fruit shakes with yoghurt and FIC ice cream.  Apparently, there's something new that kind of merges these two favorites together: it's called the White Hat.

Sadly, I haven't tried it yet but when I do, I'll probably grab more than one flavor since it's 98% fat free.

Have any of you tried treats from the White Hat?
