Here’s a curious (yet romantic!) book trivia for you: Since medieval times, Spanish men give ladies roses in exchange for books every St. George’s Day, which falls on April 23.

Vince Teves made girls across the country swoon when he gave us a glimpse of the ups and downs of his love (and) life in Seventeen Magazine, which was later turned into a book simply called Vince’s Life.

He knew exactly how it felt to be young and in love, and we found ourselves good-naturedly laughing along with him or silently weeping in shared sadness. Vince proved to the ladies that dudes do fall in love—and they fall hard, their inability to spill their feelings notwithstanding.
