You can actually get word definitions with a click upon installing HyperWords, a Mozilla Firefox plug-in that gives you search options for any unfamiliar term you encounter. Just highlight a word and a menu will appear offering quick access to search engines and reference websites like Wikipedia.

Temper your obsession with non-work-related sites through KeepMeOut.com, a tool that warns you when you visit a website more than once in an hour or less. Just type the URL of the site and how often you want to receive a warning in the KeepMeOut.com form. Then, copy the KeepMeOut-generated URL and add it to your browser's bookmarks bar.
