If you loved Disney's Mulan, will you watch a live-action version of the animated film?

Xinhua Media Entertainment and the China Film Group will spend $30 million for the live-action movie about the legendary Chinese woman who fought for her country in the sixth century. Christopher Brough, head of MoviePlus Canada, told the Hollywood Reporter last week that filming will start in China this spring.
However, we might be in for a more mature Mulan this time. "The Disney toon version takes a 4-foot-high viewpoint, from a child's perspective," Brough said. "We will introduce Mulan at an older age and blend her story with a romance. Mulan is China's Joan of Arc story."
While the companies look for filming locations, we also await word on casting prospects. A film like this, of course, is a big opportunity for Asian actors to shine in Hollywood--and maybe some of our local actors can also take a shot at it. So tell us, which local actor would you love to see in the live-action Mulan?
