Reports say that actor Robert Pattinson is now talking again to Kristen Stewart after ignoring her text messages and phone calls the past week. However, sources say that it's unlikely that Robert will get back with her.
"The entire thing has been such a blow to Rob. Talk about having his heart ripped out," a source was quoted as saying in a People.com report. "Rob just isn't going to be able to get past the cheating--one time or not."
Robert was understandably crushed when Kristen, his longtime girlfriend, was caught cheating on him with married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. According to an article by the Daily Mail, he has been staying at the ranch of his Water for Elephants co-star, Reese Witherspoon, since the scandal broke.
Meanwhile, Rupert has been banned by his wife, model and actress Liberty Ross, to work with Kristen in future projects. Liberty and Rupert have been married for 10 years and have two children. Liberty was also cast in Snow White and the Huntsman, ironically playing Kristen’s mom in the movie.
"Liberty let it be known in no uncertain terms that Rupert can’t direct the sequel to Snow White and the Huntsman," a source told RadarOnline. "They are trying to work things out after he was caught having an affair, and that is one of the sticking points. She just doesn’t want him to ever work with Kristen again."
