Opening nationwide today is GMA Films and Regal Films’ Valentine presentation, When I Met U, starring Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion.

We got to talk with someone from the MTRCB who reviewed the movie and gave it a GP (for General Patronage) rating; we asked the MTRCB guy for a quick review, and he predicts that the movie will make it big in the box office as it’s a perfect fan movie.

Asked for a comparison, Mr. Censor says this is definitely the better Richard-KC movie of the two, but as KC is always quick to point out, they had longer time to prepare for this one. Let’s see if it gets the bigger gross, too.

Directed by Joel Lamangan, the movie also stars Alfred Vargas, Iya Villania, Cherry Pie Picache, and Tirso Cruz III, in case you didn’t know since their names are missing on the poster.
