Richard Gutierrez has finally admitted the real score between him and actress Sarah Lahbati. In an interview with PEP.ph, he shared that he and the 19-year-old actress fell for each other on the set of their teleserye Makapiling Kang Muli.
“I realized it's good also to be open and mas mahirap pala kapag itinatago,” he said. “Puwede naman pala din na maging masaya (I realized it's good also to be open and that it's harder to hide [our relationship]. I learned that it's possible for us to be happy.).”
According to PEP.ph, this revelation did not come as a surprise as he has been very open about his feelings for Sarah in his Instagram account, where he posted a lot of photos taken during the couple’s recent trip to Europe. One photo, which showed him and Sarah together at Le Grand Bornand, France, even had the caption, “I wandered everywhere through cities and countries wide, I realized now that I'm happiest just here by your side.”
The two also went to Geneva, Switzerland, where Sarah grew up. “In-explore namin 'yung lugar niya. Gusto ko rin makita' yung Geneva,” Richard shared. “I've never been to Geneva. I've never been to Switzerland—and isa 'yon sa parang dream ko na mapuntahan na lugar. At mas naging perfect pa ang travel ko dahil kasama ko si Sarah. Naging enjoy 'yung trip namin dahil happy kami na magkasama (We explored the place she grew up in. I also wanted to see Geneva. I've never been to Geneva. I've never been to Switzerland—which is one of my dream destinations. And my trip became perfect because I was with Sarah. We enjoyed our trip because we were happy together.).”
