Filipino-British football player Phil Younghusband has finally admitted that he and actress Angel Locsin are an official couple, reports PEP.ph.
"We're officially together," he is quoted as saying. "We're girlfriend and boyfriend."
"I've always said we fall more and more in love with each other," he continued. "And I think love and happiness are the real words that could describe our relationship. I want a future with Angel, and I want to have more happiness with Angel."
It was only February of last year when the 24-year-old Azkals star sent the 27-year-old actress a tweet asking if she was free to spend some time with him on Valentine’s Day. The two have been dating exclusively ever since, and according to Phil, he and Angel only became an official couple on May 27.
However, Phil maintained that they have no plans of getting married soon. "It's too early to plan that," he said. "I've always said I want to have a future with Angel, but no plans of wedding yet. We have to work first, and things like that. But as I’ve said, I want to have a future with Angel, and I look forward to more happiness with her."
