Though Lovi Poe is still single, it seems that she is nevertheless being pursued by actor Jake Cuenca, who has expressed his admiration for the daughter of the late Fernando Poe Jr. in past interviews.
When a reporter remarked during the press conference for Dingdong Dantes' Tiktik: The Aswang Chronicles that Jake seemed to really like her, Lovi was quoted by Push.com.ph as answering, “He’s a genuinely sweet guy. So I really appreciate it a lot."
“We’re good, we’re really good,” Lovi remarked her relationship with the hunky actor, whom she says is close to her.
However, she also said that she’s not yet ready to enter a relationship because of her showbiz commitments, and that she doesn’t have the time to go out with Jake because of the demands of their work.
“Kahit ako parang there’s no more time,” she said. “Mas gusto ko pa na sarili ko ang intindihin ko kasi 'di mo na masisiksik sa schedule (I feel like I have no time for even myself. I’d rather be by myself because you really can’t squeeze anything else in my schedule.).”
