Although both Snow White and the Huntsman star Kristen Stewart and director Rupert Sanders have apologized for cheating on their respective loved ones, Kristen still feels that she is taking most of the hostility aimed at the two of them for their scandalous affair.
According to an article by Hollywood gossip website TMZ, the actress is upset that people aren’t incriminating Rupert, considering that he is 19 years older than her and, being a director, was “in a position of power over her.”
In her public apology, Kristen acknowledged that the "momentary indiscretion has jeopardized" her long-term relationship with actor Robert Pattinson. However, the actress reportedly feels that the 41-year-old director also deserves the brunt of the antagonism, as he is married with two kids.
The TMZ report adds that Kristen thinks her actions might have a lasting adverse impact on her career, which she believes is undeserved.
Actress Jodie Foster came to Kristen’s defense, voicing her opinion on the scandal in a column on The Daily Beast. The two have been co-stars on the 2002 movie Panic Room.
“If I were a young actor today I would quit before I started,” she wrote. “If I had to grow up in this media culture, I don’t think I could survive it emotionally. I would only hope that someone who loved me, really loved me, would put their arm around me and lead me away to safety.”

Rupert is likely getting plenty of quiet-from-the-public grief from his wife (and rightly so). His wife is probably fighting with herself over her love for Rupert and her maternal instinct to shelter her child. Rupert deserves a divorce and Kristen deserves everything that's coming to her, There is no forgiveness for infidelity - you can't love someone and, at the same time, cheat on them. Without love, the relationship is void of meaning.
