John Lloyd Cruz has admitted that he was the one who posted the photo of him and actress Angelica Panganiban on the latter’s Instagram account.
"Oo, ako yun. Ako ang nag-click ng Send button (Yes, that was me. I was the one who clicked the Send button.)," the 29-year-old actor was quoted as saying in an article by PEP.ph during the press conference of the movie The Mistress, which he stars alongside his longtime love team partner Bea Alonzo.
However, John Lloyd was quick to deflect further questions regarding his purported relationship with Angelica."Alam ko ang pinupuntahan ng mga tanong (I know the questions you want to ask me)... This isn't the right place, the right time to talk about it,” he said. “Some other time, maybe. Nandito kami ni Bea to celebrate our ten years in the industry, and we have a beautiful movie.”
When asked about his thoughts on love, however, the actor said that he believes love always finds him.
"I'm a strong believer of the saying, 'You don't choose love, it chooses you...’ Lagi po akong pinipili ng pag-ibig. Araw-araw ng aking buhay (Love chooses me all the time, every day.)," he meaningfully remarked.
