Heart Evangelista and Marian Rivera Reconcile

Marian Rivera and Heart Evangelista have settled their conflict a year after having their controversial fight while shooting their movie Temptation Island.

According to a report by PEP.ph, the two actresses have quietly settled their issue during the Dolphy Tribute Special held on September 19 at the Mall of Asia Arena. Marian told PEP that Heart had approached her while they were at the Arena’s holding area, and that they had kissed each other on the cheek.

Heart had later confirmed that she had made up with her fellow actress, whom she described as "very nice."

"As much as possible, I want to be okay with anybody," she said. "When there’s an opportunity, mukhang okay naman lahat. Mararamdaman mo naman kung tama 'yung timing, then it’s not a problem if you’ll approach (When there’s an opportunity, everything will be okay. You’ll know when the timing is right, then it’s not a problem if you’ll approach.)."

"It’s always nice na okay ka sa lahat,” she added. "In time naman, dadating 'dun sa time na maging okay ka sa lahat ng mga nagkaroon kayo ng conflict in the past. As long as you’re a very humble person, and everything like that, then everything will follow, magiging maayos ang lahat (It’s always nice when you’re okay with everyone. In time, you’ll get to a time when you’ll be okay with everyone whom you had a conflict with in the past. As long as you’re a very humble person, and everything like that, then everything will follow, everything will be okay.)."

When PEP tried to get Marian’s side, the actress’ reply was succinct, but positive. "Ay naku, huwag na natin pag-usapan ‘yan,” she said. “Basta okay kami. Wala nang intriga. Ako, okay naman, e, walang problema (Oh no, let’s not talk about that. We’re okay. There are no more intrigues. I’m okay, there are no problems.)."
