It's that time of year when People names the sexiest man alive; and the coveted title went to 40-year-old Australian actor Hugh Jackman for 2008.Not only is Hugh Jackman a star, says People, he's also an actor with a "triple threat": someone who can sing, dance, and wield a weapon. About her husband's coronation as the Sexiest Man Alive, Hugh's wife says, "I could've told them that years ago!" Hugh will soon star in Australia with fellow Aussie star Nicole Kidman.
Also included in People sexy honor roll are Quantum of Solace star Daniel Craig, Mad Men's Jon Hamm, High School Musical star Zac Efron, Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick, Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson, and Dirty Sexy Money's Blair Underwood. Olympic record breaker Michael Phelps made it to the list, thanks to his lean swimmer's body. Javier Bardem, star of No Country For Old Men, is also in the list, never mind that he thought his terrible hair style for the Coen brothers' Academy award-winning film would impede his sex life for three months.
