The in-demand actress talks about how she keeps herself looking lovely. By Marianne Salazar

With her delicate mestiza features, long limbs, and svelte figure, Bea Alonzo can definitely be considered one of the country’s most beautiful stars.

FN was able to chat with her about her beauty routine at the launch of Tupperware Brands’ I am Confidence campaign. Bea, who is the face of Tupperware’s makeup line, Color Collection, spilled the beans on her new ‘do, her skin care regimen, and her secret to staying confident.

Read on to learn what this lovely actress has to say.

ON HER NEW HAIRSTYLE

Bea, who is known for her long, flowing locks, recently had to have her hair cut for her upcoming movie, The Mistress. “I wanted to cry,” she said when she was asked if she found it difficult to part with her hair. “But I had to choose between putting on a wig and cutting it, so syempre I chose to cut it nalang kasi it’s a serious movie, so baka distracting pa 'yung wig. It’s one of the sacrifices that I had to do for the role.”

It was a painful ordeal for her at first, but she warmed up to her chic new look eventually, even if she did share that it was harder to maintain. “Well, I’ve grown to like it. Nung una, hindi, medyo hesitant pa ako. Pero ngayon, okay na (At first, I didn’t like it, and I was still a bit hesitant. But now, it’s okay.).”
