Equal exposure. SRO Cinemaserye—the reformatted Obra—is the infamous show that began the war between GMA Senior Vice President for Entertainment Wilma Galvante and talent manager Annabelle Rama. It will premiere tomorrow night on GMA-7 sans JC de Vera, who was replaced by returning Kapuso Geoff Eigenmann.
Aptly titled Ganti, the show stars Sheryl Cruz, Marvin Agustin, Bianca King, Maxene Magalona, and Geoff. JC’s manager Annabelle feels Marvin’s role is bigger than JC’s, and wonders why there’s way too many Marvin and Bianca shows currently on GMA.
Marvin reasons that all five stars have the same exposure throughout the eight episodes.
Meanwhile, Bianca points out that she was out of work the last five months, which is why her being part of both Zorro and SRO is justified.
