Anne Curtis, Cristine Reyes, and Derek Ramsay Share Their Views on Cheating

Anne Curtis, Cristine Reyes, and Derek Ramsay play a steamy love triangle in the upcoming Star Cinema movie about love and infidelity called No Other Woman. Cristine plays Derek's dutiful wife, while Anne's party girl character is Derek's mistress.

At the press conference for their movie on September 21, PEP.ph reports that all three stars admit they wouldn't take kindly to cheating.

Cristine says she refuses to be a mistress, and she won't take things lying down if her partner is unfaithful to her. "Pag nalaman ko na may iba siya, papipiliin ko siya kung sino sa aming dalawa (If I found out that he had another woman, I'd make him choose between me and his mistress)," she is quoted as saying on PEP.ph. "Kung pipiliin niya yung isa, okay lang. Ibig sabihin, hindi siya para sa akin. Kung ako pipiliin niya, kailangan niyang hiwalayan. (If he were to choose the other woman, that'd okay. It would just mean he's not for me. If he picked me, he'd have to break things off with the other woman.)"

As for taking revenge on the guy, she jokes, "Try ko lasunin kung kaya ko! (I'd try to poison him if I could!)"

Derek reveals he's more likely to kill himself than others for revenge, but it's something he'd rather not think about. In the end, he agrees with Cristine's idea of having the offending party choose. "Mahirap yun, e, kasi I wouldn't know if I'd be able to forgive after something like that. And if I do forgive, hindi ko makakalimutan, e."

As for Anne, she admits that cheating does happen in real life, but for her, being a mistress is a big no-no. Nevertheless, if her guy is unfaithful, she's still willing to fight for the sake of her relationship. "I think everyone would say, 'hiwalayan,' but the thing is, I think when you're put in that situation, hindi mo kaya, e. Kailangan mo pa rin malaman na ikaw ang pipiliin niya, so ipaglalaban mo. At siyempre, gusto mo ipamukha kung sino man siya na ikaw ang pinili. (You would need to know that he'd choose you, so you'd fight for your relationship. And, of course, you'd want to show the other woman, whoever she was, that your man chose you.)"

All three celebrities are currently attached and say they are happy with their love lives. Cristine even stars with boyfriend Rayver Cruz in the teleserye Reputasyon. Meanwhile, businessman Erwan Heussaff, Anne's partner, is supportive of her movie, even though it contains love scenes between her and Derek.

As for Derek and his long-time girlfriend, Angelica Panganiban, he says there's never been a third party in their relationship. "Kahit itanong n'yo pa kay Angel, wala (You can even ask Angel. She'll tell you there's no one else)," he tells PEP.ph with a smile. "Papatayin ako ng nanay ko! (My mom would kill me!)"
